But I will say that I have decided next year we are focusing on homemade :)Jeniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04550134911012049956noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1621329257859538906.post-48266656049436197922010-12-21T12:44:25.820-08:002010-12-21T12:44:25.820-08:00I don't think it's too late to change how ...I don't think it's too late to change how you approach it! We never did a ton for our kids, but they certainly used to get a lot more when we were a 2-income family. Now that I'm a SAHM, they each get 1 gift from Santa and 1 small gift from us (bought on sale, of course, lol). They also each exchange a gift with 1 cousin, and then get something from their grandparents. It is still plenty! I was just totaling up how much I spent on them this year, and it was under $100 for all 3 girls. Yet, I have a feeling they will enjoy Christmas morning just the same. :-) I have to admit that last year I was worried they would be disappointed, but they weren't. They appreciated the homemade gifts as much as the store-bought ones. It seems to be something you really care about, so maybe get a plan in place for how you can simplify next year. :-) Merry Christmas!Nicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01373884434536529824noreply@blogger.com
